When your body has more fat than it needs, it will store it somewhere. The sad part about it is that we cannot choose where this fat is going to be stored. For some men, it is in the chest area giving the look of man boobs.

First of all you need to get on a diet that is low in fat content. You also want to make sure that it is high in protein and fiber and that it will give you energy for working out.
Then you are going to have to start following a solid workout plan that will be aimed at getting rid of chest fat. There are tons of routines that you can find online, but hardly any of them are geared at getting rid of chest fat and getting rid of man boobs.
When you gain an excess amount of fat on the chest area, it can be really hard to get rid of. You can work and work on your chest muscles, but it will only make your man boobs look bigger, because exercise and strength training alone will not burn that chest fat off.
You need to start looking at a very low calorie low fat diet while you do your exercise routine. I have seen men with a very lean body, but have that man boobs look on their chest. It is because they do not know what they are doing wrong. Trust me, I was in the same boat as you are in.
