Once you past the puberty stage, and start creeping up the 30 year age bracket, our metabolism begins to change as well as our body’s muscles. One embarrassing development could be the onset of extra fat deposits in the chest area, or what can be called man boobs.
If this begins to happen to you, your first question you ask yourself after you go through the embarrassing stage is what can I do to lose these man boobs?
Basically, there are three ways to attack this problem:
The first is to cut down on the high fat and sugar diet that you’ve grown accustomed with. Those man boobs are extra layers of fat. So reduce the amount of sugar-sweets you’ve been ingesting, and cut back on all fatty foods like the French fries and hot dogs you’ve been chomping on! And cut back on all those pizza and beer nights.
The second method, added to the first, is to add cardio-aerobic exercises to your schedule. Jogging or fast walking, riding a bicycle, cross country skiing and skating are all aerobic exercises meant to burn excess fat. Just remember, it’s your body that determines where to first remove excess fat, and your man boobs may not be high on your body target list. But just maintain these aerobic exercises, and eventually you will notice a change in your man boobs.
And lastly, add this third and final method to your schedule, namely anaerobic exercise. Anaerobic exercises, or weightlifting, such as bench press and crossover flyes, will serve to tone up and tighten those flabby man boobs, and you’ll get the manly defined chest again.
I almost forgot! Don’t forget to add some push ups as well. They really concentrate on the pecs and supporting triceps and shoulder muscles, burning the fats in these areas particularly.
