If you are reading this article then chances are you do not want the man boobs that have developed on your chest. Aside from working towards sexual transformation, what man would actually want man boobs? The answer is none. 1. Find out why you have man boobs – If your boobs have slowly developed alongside with your weight, than chances are they are a direct result of not enough exercise and an unhealthy diet. If on the other hand they developed quite rapidly, then it may the Gynecomastia caused by a medication or another reason. If you suspect this then you best bet would be to see a doctor for medical advice and treatment.
2. Adopt a better diet – Start choosing healthier foods and turning down the unhealthy ones. When researching your diet you will probably become overwhelmed with the vast amount of information available, so your best bet is to pick one that has been around for a long time, or research different foods and create your own diet plan.
3. Cardiovascular exercise – There are many options here and you do not have to be limited to just one. You could even do a different one every day and come out feeling great and looking better. Some of the more popular cardiovascular exercising are jogging, treadmills, or basketball.
4. Weight lifting – By doing regular butterflies with dumbbells, or bench presses, giving your pectoral muscles a good workout can do wonders on the shape of your chest as well as how you feel in general.
5. Combine – Step 5 is quite easily. Simply combine steps 1 through 4 and you will be showing off your sculpted chest in no time.
A few added pieces of advice are to not just focus on your chest when developing a workout routine. If the fat you intake realizes it is not welcome in your chest, it may simply starting venturing to other parts of your body. This is why it is imperative to adopt a workout plan that covers every piece of your body. Also, when starting out take things slow. There is no need to jump in full tilt, in fact doing that can be quite dangerous and possibly land you in hospital putting you that much farther from getting rid of those man boobs.
